Today I had a luxury facial with Hailey who has joimed the salon broadening the treatments that Cara Marie offers and I was not disappointed. During the facial Hailey gave an incredible head massage while the face mask was on, which in itself was a treat this was shortly followed by a facial massage, which I'd not experienced previously and was wonderful. Hailey herself was friendly and professional and clearly has a talent with her firm, but not too firm technique. I'm very pleased indeed and feel that Hailey is a great addition to this already great salon

Had a fabulous massage ..specially designed migraine tension . The salon is a fabulous place bright , airy and always a warm welcome by the girls . Cara is experienced in her treatment , fabulous knowledge and put you at ease . I know only use Cara Marie for all my beauty and Hairdressing needs 💕

Charlotte was very welcoming. I was really in need of a good back massage and she didn’t disappoint. I especially appreciated all the small touches like the warm towel at the end and the choice of oil she used. I would definitely recommend her treatments and have already rebooked myself

I had a neck back and shoulder massage with Hayley today and the whole experience was brilliant. Hayley was extremely professional and helped to relieve alot of built up tension in my back Highly recommend!

Rebecca does a great job on my lashes I have a tint and perm 😄 and they look fabulous! Rebecca is on time, friendly and very professional. Easy to get to Cara Maria in Polegate high street and definitely recommend.
