Ellie-Mae was informative and thorough, taking the time to understand what was happening for me. The sports massage was excellent and I would highly recommend her services.

Mariia was absolutely incredible. I was in so much pain and full of anxiety when I arrived, and she suggested some Reiki with my deep tissue massage. She has such a calm nature and immediately made me feel at ease. I've had treatments for many years and she seemed to ease muscles I didn't even know existed! I've had some really disappointing treatments in Eastbourne since I've moved back here, but I'm thrilled to have found Mariia. When the treatment finished, it was like a weight had been lifted!
