I have just completed a series of 3 massage sessions for scar therapy. During this time I have experienced a reduction in tightness of the muscles adjacent to the scar, a reduction in swelling of both the scar site and the surrounding tissue and an increase in abdominal comfort (as the scar is across the abdominal area). I believe this has allowed me to progress my rehabilitation exercises quicker than I expected and will help me return to my previous fitness levels safely and speedily.

I’ve been having a series of regular deep tissue massages with Kirstie, and the difference in my back has been incredible. This latest session focused on my shoulders and back, and it was exactly what I needed — firm, targeted, and deeply effective. Kirstie really understands how to work out long-standing tension and knots, leaving me feeling lighter, looser, and completely relaxed. My back pain has eased so much since starting these treatments, and I genuinely feel the lasting benefits after each visit. I recently had a deep tissue massage with Kirstie and it was exactly what I needed. She was professional, attentive, and skilled at targeting the tension in my back and shoulders. Her pressure was firm but never uncomfortable, and she checked in often to ensure I was okay. I left feeling lighter and much of the deep muscle tightness was gone. The space was clean, calm, and perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend Kirstie if you’re dealing with stress or chronic tension—she made a real difference.
