Painful but in a good way deep tissue massage, Joen didn't shy away from the knots in my shoulder, she went for them and I felt much better after. I want to try all the other massages now, Lomi Lomi, Bamboo......

I had a reflexology foot massage today and it was absolutely wonderful! The therapist was very skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout the session. I could feel the tension melting away, and I left feeling refreshed and balanced. Thank you for such a great experience – I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to others!

Just had a micro current facial with Helen, it was incredible! Such a relaxing experience and my skin feels and looks amazing. Helen makes you feel so at ease and her room is the most relaxing setting! The one place I can truly relax, thank you!

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage with Joen, she is an expert masseuse and has very strong hands and was able to work on my pain areas. Helen was brilliant , assessed what I needed and delivered excellent work on my rotavator cuff tennis injury that has not been good for months. Also gave me a good neck and back massage. About to book a follow session. I would strongly recommend her.

10/10!! I received the NEW Rose Quartz Reiki Facial and it was amazing! The guasha mushrooms are very relaxing and can feel them working their magic to detox and release tension in my jar. The new Rose Quartz Eyemask is very grounding and having the extra bit of reiki at the end made this facial unique and blissful. Thank you Helen!
