Yesterday, Lewis gave me a wonderfully relaxing massage with his expert hands and some cool gadgets. It really helped melt away the tension and fatigue I’d been feeling all over my body. Some spots turned red, kind of like after gua sha, showing just how tight those muscles had become. I wrapped up the session around 2:00 pm, went home feeling so relaxed, and ended up sleeping peacefully until 7:00 pm before getting up to cook dinner. It was just the perfect recovery my body had been craving.👍👍👍👍👍

I had a sports massage with Sophie focusing on my shoulders and back, and it was exactly what I needed. She was really friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away. She worked through all the tight, tense areas with just the right pressure, and I could feel a big difference afterwards. My shoulders felt so much lighter and my back less tight.
