I made an appointment for today on line, and got confirmation back. When I got to Leighton Buzzard I was told I didn't have an appointment. Maybe I didn't finish the process when booking. The staff were brilliant and I had my wash & cut anyway.

I had someone new wash my hair and I thought she did very well especially the massage and it was nice to have Ed back as he is brilliant and kind. My mum loves coming now and its a real treat for her.

My first time visiting this salon and I booked to have the Medik8 Pore Refining Facial with an added head massage & Gua Sha massage with Isabelle, and it was absolutely fantastic. Isabelle was warm, professional, and made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. She talked me through the products she used without ever pushing for a sale, which I really appreciated. The treatment itself was soothing and left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. Everything was really enjoyable from start to finish.

From the moment I arrived, Isabelle made me feel completely relaxed and cared for. The treatment was so calming and left my skin looking fresh, lifted, and radiant. It wasn’t just a facial—it felt like true self-care. Isabelle’s gentle touch and warm, professional approach made the whole experience feel special. I left feeling refreshed inside and out. I highly recommend both the treatment and Isabelle.
