I was hesitant as I have never had anything other than a sports massage, but it was a wonderful experience. Very professional, talks through anything so you know what to expect. I have an injury and I have been given a few stretches and home massage remedies that will help. I had a deep tissue massage and it really helped relieve my aches and pains. If you are thinking about it, just do it. You will feel so much better. Will definitely be booking again. Excellent value for money, really enjoyed it. Very clean, the room was very calm and this aided in a truly relaxing experience. 10/10.

I haven't been able to visit Pat for a few months due to dislocating and fracturing my shoulder so I was a little bit nervous of seeing her today, but I needn't have worried, Pat got her magic fingers working on my muscles adjusting the pressure as necessary and telling me which muscles are still healing. It was lovely to see her again and feel so much better after my amazing massage ❤️

Gabby is AMAZING! After suffering with chronic stomach issues and bloating for years, I had my first lymphatic drainage massage as I felt out of options. Today is the first day I haven’t felt bloated or heavy in god knows how long. I can’t wait to book my next appointment🙌🏽

Jo is a really lovely girl and worked her magic on my lower back injury. Came out feeling way more flexible and relaxed. My back is knot free and in a way better place. Very nice ambience and feel to the room and Jo is super friendly. The cup of Thai tea at the end is a nice touch. Def wont leave it as long to return. Highly recommend. 5⭐️

Had my first holistic sports massage with Phoebe today and can't recommend her enough! I had my neck, back and legs treated, along with cupping. I wasn't sure what I needed, but Phoebe did. She explained everything and asked for my permission before starting the cupping, which I really appreciated. The treatment room is a beautiful, peaceful hidden gem, and Phoebe is so kind and friendly, it felt like catching up with an old friend. I didn't realise how tight my body was until afterwards. I have a full body massage with Gemma and I can honestly say it’s the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many spas and tried all different people and she just helps my body so much. I always ask for a firm massage as I actually want the knots worked on and that’s exactly what I get. After the first few days from the massage I feel like a new women! She’s SO friendly and sweet and I’m very glad I found her.
