Tina was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable! I booked a deep tissue massage and it was definitely more of an overall relaxing massage rather than firm (it is relax with Tina of course!). The massage itself only lasted 20 minutes as opposed to 25 stated however still a lovely experience and would recommend for the price and feeling relaxed 💕

Absolutely phenomenal traditional head massage from a truly beautiful, kind and empathetic person. I arrived an emotional mess in a lot of pain, I left relaxed and pain free. I've had a lot of massages, but this one was magical. Thank you for helping me with my pain (both emotional and physical) while reminding me how strong us women are 💪HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Amazing - myself & my partner had treatments for 2 & really enjoyed our experience from start to finish. We both had back, neck & shoulders massages along with arm & hand massages which were great. It was so relaxing & we both left feeling amazing! I’m also pregnant & in my 3rd trimester, so was a bit anxious for a massage however they made me feel so relaxed & at ease. They were so accommodating & made me felt comfortable throughout by checking in on me. I wish I had booked myself in for one sooner! We will definitely be back for more.

Wow! Such a relaxing experience with Lisa this evening! I had the hot stones full body with scalp massage and I was not disappointed! Had a pregnancy massage with Debbie and it was the best massage I’ve had. Very relaxing, perfect amount of pressure and Debbie made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend.

Another excellent massage. I feel such a good difference after the lymphatic drainage massage and it’s so relaxing too!

Tried Lymphatic Drainage massage , it was very different from my usual massages but it was very relaxing . I also really enjoyed my customised facial , noticed the results more or less instantly . I’m sure I will see and feel more benefits in the next few days . Anyone who’s reading this review should definitely go and pay a visit all the girls I’ve had treatments from are very welcoming & professional at what they do .

Had both a full body hot stones and an hours Indian head massage by Caitlin and it was absolutely fantastic. Melted all my stress and tensions away. I’ve so relaxed since and I know I will get a great sleep tonight. I booked my next appointments before I left! Highly reckomwnt Caitlin and Parl West Spa. Wow wow wow 😍 I had a back massage today and it was fantastic! Emma Jane took the time to ask what I wanted beforehand and made sure I was comfortable throughout. She really focused on my knots and worked them out brilliantly. I left feeling so much lighter and relaxed. I’ll definitely be back.. highly recommend!
