I've been having regular sports massage with Phillipa for a number of months now and wouldn't go elsewhere, she really listens to you, is incredibly skilled and tailors treatment in the exact way I need. The treatment room is a liitle peaceful haven of calm. Would def recommend.

Had a another blissful session with the lovely Shabana this afternoon at P&P Hospice. It started with meditation to relax me into the session, then a whole body hot stone and warm bamboo massage. This was followed by a refreshing facial. I drifted off for a while. I would highly recommend visiting Shabana whose compassion shines through her therapeutic skills. I will be booking another session soon.😊

Had a massage with Hannah this afternoon. First time I’ve had an appointment with Hannah and it was amazing. Instant relief in my lower back due to sitting at a desk most of the time at work. My calf will be another few appointments. I’ve used SP Physio for a few years now and never lets you down. Always 5 ⭐️ from me

I’ve been seeing Philippa for a while now, and I can honestly say she’s the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. Her lymphatic massages are amazing — she has such a gentle yet powerful touch and a deep understanding of how the body works. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, refreshed, and noticeably less bloated and tense. What I really appreciate is the professionalism and genuine care for her clients. She always takes the time to check in, listen, and tailor each massage. It’s clear she’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I cant recommend her enough!

Great service and massage!

My experience was great with Emma. The massage that Emma gave me was really good, and it is helping the pain in my shoulder. I gone from 100% excruciating pain to nearly 100% pain free within 3 weeks.

Definitely recommend this place to anyone struggling with sports related injuries, Emma was great and understood my issue straight away, helped me massively with a sudden shoulder impingement issue by giving me easy to do rehab exercises and doing a sports massage which got me back to full training intensity in a very short period of time. Friendly and understanding staff all round. Great place and service 👍

I recently had an ASMR massage from Rebecca and the experience was amazing from start to finish! I had never had a treatment like this before and Rebecca took the time to explain everything to me about the treatment and what to expect. She also asked about my personal preferences to make sure the treatment was tailored to me. The room was beautiful, relaxing and smelled amazing! The treatment itself was such a good experience and I already can't wait to book in again!!
