It was an excellent experience. I was made to feel welcome and relaxed as soon as I walked in the door. My Swedish massage was incredibly relaxing and I was treated well. Every step was explained to me and I was very comfortable with the level of treatment provided. Very friendly service and I would recommend highly.

I've been a customer of Lorraine's for over a year now and have had various treatments over the course of this period, all of which have been nothing but fabulous! Lorraine is always attentive to my needs and further, she exceeds my expectations (especially when she fits in a relaxing head massage to other treatments) :-) Her cabin is really tranquil even on a rainy day; I always look forward to my treatments/time of relaxation there. I would highly recommend Lorraine to anyone looking to treat themselves. She's incredibly warm and inviting and would make anyone feel at ease.

I've been having treatments with Lorraine for nearly a year now for my regular facials, body massages and pedicures. On every treatment, she always makes me feel so relaxed and calm and yet rejuvenated afterwards. She is so lovely, gentle and always listen and personalise my treatments to what I needed. Nothing is too much trouble for her! Her cabin is such a calm and tranquil place, as soon as I get there even before she starts my treatment, I already feel relax and at ease. I highly recommend her and give her a five star rating.

Highly recommend Dee, been having massage with her for a while now. Really comfortable and relaxing environment and she helps all my aches and pains every time!

I had the most amazing facial with a neck and shoulder massage – it was absolute bliss from start to finish! The team were so friendly and welcoming, and the treatment room was beautiful with a wonderfully heated bed that made it even more relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and glowing.
