Simone was great. He took a few minutes to discuss what I needed and check posture/muscles before starting the session. He explained what he was doing throughout and where he could notice muscles stiffness/tension, making sure that muscles were warmed up properly, so that even knots were (mostly!) pain-free when massaged. I felt so much better afterwards, and would definitely recommend!

Rasa is amazing as always. She does should a range of treatments that everything is under one roof. Would not go anywhere else for nails, lashes, toes, facials massages etc etc x

2nd time I've visited and can say it's the most friendly, warm, and welcoming salon I've ever been to and I'm 40. Jayne is honest and so down to earth. Also realised there is a beauty therapy that is also available where massages/facials/nails/wax are done at a fantastic price. Lady is called Amy. Yep I'll be trying them as well. Also made up with my hair. It's the nicest it's been in a long time and love the colours.

I've been coming for the Ultra Tesla seat which is truly improving my life, so I'm very glad to have found the Cryo Lab. All the staff are really lovely and helpful having responded quickly to my initial enquiry. Today I booked in a massage as I was there for the seat. Jordanne's deep tissue massage was amazing for all the problem areas of my back ... I floated out on a cloud feeling loads better. I very much recommend:-)

Simone delivered a skilled lower limb and lower back massage, assessing for trigger points during the treatment and focusing on releasing tension when he found them.

This is my second time with Rasa and I have to say she is amazing!!! The first time I came I knew straight away I would come back- she made me feel so comfortable - almost like being at home- I had a lymphatic drainage both times and it’s made me feel amazing- I feel less bloated and just healthier in myself!!
