it’s tucked in a small nook. I had the 45-min Indian head massage with Amrita — the added neck and shoulder work was a lovely surprise and melted all my stress. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment! Amrita has a calming presence and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed.

Excellent session with Jason - highly recommend! He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and listens to you. I’ve been to several massage therapist and this one was the best by far. My left hip and knee felt a lot better after our session, I have exercises to practice, and I already booked my follow-up.

Back from my first ASMR treatment with Sarah. I’m still floating. Didn’t know what to expect but wow how relaxing was that. Never knew there were so many ways to massage the scalp and hair. Always a pleasure to see Sarah and working her magic. So calm and professional throughout. Thoroughly recommend this treatment, if you haven’t tried it, go on. I’m definitely booking in again. Fantastic-very good professional soft tissue massage. Jason took in account the history of the injury, made an assessment and explained everything in detail- learned a lot about the the mechanics of the legs- how to prevent another injury from happening and vey good advice regarding stretches and treatment. Super happy would highly recommend him for ultra runners!

Claire was amazing from start to finish, explained everything and was so gentle and reassuring with my post tummy tuck MLD. I remembered that it’s christmas next week and i totally forgot that my hair needs doing!! i asked around and it was really hard finding a hairdresser available, then catherine popped up! I decided to give it a whirl, and im so satisfied with the service!! First of all my hair looks SO GOOD!! And when it comes to the massage when washing my hair, it was exceptional!! I’ve also got hearing aids, and she didn’t treat me any differently, when i had to take them out, she still made conversation which i love, because i told her i can lip read, definitely returning! 💕

My first visit was brilliant! Beautiful wash, head massage, cut and blow-dry. In a lovely purpose build salon. Thank you for the warm welcome and making me feel fabulous with my Christmas curls.

I had the face sculpting massage today, and it was absolute bliss. I'm not great at switching my mind off, but Sarah's calming presence and skilled hands, combined with the tranquillity of the salon and the warm bed, meant I completely zoned out. My skin felt smooth, plump, and hydrated. 100% recommend, and I will definitely have this treatment again.
