Jordan was great! First time with him so we had a quick chat about any injuries and pain and a little movement, and then into the massage. Was a perfect balance of general chatting and quiet time so you can relax and enjoy it. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back for future sessions!

Had a great experience with Jordan. He thoroughly assessed my knee injury, provided a relieving massage, and clearly explained rehab exercises tailored to my needs. I appreciated the hands-on approach and felt supported throughout. I left feeling much better and confident in my recovery plan. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! I felt completely at ease throughout the entire appointment. Jordan really took the time to listen, made me feel heard and showed genuine care about the issues and pain I’ve been experiencing. He offered helpful advice and practical tips to manage things in my own time, which I truly appreciated. Jordan gave my calf and thorough inspection to determine my stage 1 calf strain. We discussed the way to recovery that would suit me personally, with my individual abilities. Jordan gave me exercises to be doing with the view to progress them as I recovery. It was a very positive experience and I will be booking a follow-up appointment.

I visited today and Sam was lovely! So welcoming and knowledgeable on the service I had! I have booked straight back in for next month- thankyou so much!

I have had my second appointment with Sam at the Barnsley clinic and she is knowledgeable, patient and spends time understanding any concerns. Having lymphatic drainage messages has had a huge impact and benefit on my health and wellbeing!

This was my first lymphatic drainage massage and it was much more relaxing than I thought it would be. Sam really knows her stuff so I found it really interesting too. I will be definitely coming again x
