I have had my second appointment with Sam at the Barnsley clinic and she is knowledgeable, patient and spends time understanding any concerns. Having lymphatic drainage messages has had a huge impact and benefit on my health and wellbeing!

The massage itself was beyond amazing. The lymphatic drainage technique immediately helped reduce puffiness and tension, while the sculpting massage visibly contoured and defined areas I honestly didn’t expect to notice after just one session. I felt lighter, less bloated, energized, and deeply relaxed all at once. What really stood out was the attention to detail and how personalised the treatment felt. Jordan gave my calf and thorough inspection to determine my stage 1 calf strain. We discussed the way to recovery that would suit me personally, with my individual abilities. Jordan gave me exercises to be doing with the view to progress them as I recovery. It was a very positive experience and I will be booking a follow-up appointment.
