Perfect. Sophie has a great understanding of muscles and managing an injury. She was very understanding and provided a much needed massage and relief for my leg. I would highly recommend Sophie. The location is very handy to Bangor / Newtownards. She is very friendly, professional and is a real people person 10/10

I had a great head massage at Relax and Bloom!! Stephanie put me at ease and made me feel really comfortable throughout and the head massage was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep! I would definitely recommend and would come back myself for further treatments :)

I just had one of the best massages I've ever experienced with Helen. The back massage and facial were absolutely unbelievable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the extra touch of a head massage thrown in it was just beautiful. Helen is so down toearth and made me feel completely at ease. I will definitely be booking with her again and can't wait for my next treatment. Highly recommended!

Went to see Chris today with a shin splint and also a bad knot in my calve. He was amazing as always and also did some acupuncture. Everything feels a lot easier this evening after. I'm definitely feeling the benefits of getting maintenance sports massages regularly. Highly recommend Chris, very knowledgeable and deals with any issues I have very quickly.
