昨天第一次給Ryan按摩改變了我對按摩的感受，過去在很多家店按摩都是比較制式化，原本也沒有抱很大期待！過去很多地方純粹按照店家單一流程沒有調整也分不出明顯好壞！這一次從開始按摩前讓我聞了秘魯聖木讓嗅覺影響感受自然就放鬆了，拔在別的地方拔罐停留時間會覺得無聊時間很長！但是這次拔罐等待中還有頌缽！身心靈一起被釋放不好的能量，隔天上班明顯感覺到車禍受傷的手以及腰被治癒了70%，原本堅硬肌肉被有效的放鬆！按摩過程中也明顯感受到氣結從剛開始劇痛到漸漸被放開了不這麼痛！整整2個小時Ryan會不斷詢問以及專業診斷我的身體和肌肉反應中調整他的治療力道跟方向！整體下來我覺得有客製化治療也有專業評斷建議以及細節是非常用心的！印象深刻的體驗，覺得這些時間很有價值很值得。

Booked in today for a 50mins Japanese Head Massage Treatment. Wow warm eye mask, I did not expect the varied massage touch sensations. Light a feather then therapist using hands then med touch a head tool with little balls then the best of all an amazing release of all the knots in my tragedies muscles. Mini facial hair wash followed by a gorgeous hair wash and massage of my scalp. Blow dried my hair feels soft and now I feel completely de-stressed didn’t want it to end.
