Then she guides you through some movement patterns and can instantly identify the areas of concern. She targets those spots with various techniques and at the end of the massage you go through the movements again , your range of motion is greatly improved. She works miracles. I highly recommend Sophie.

It’s a holistic approach at Proform Coaching and Massage. Sophie’s gym programs are well thought out and always changing,so it keeps you from getting bored.
