I came in to see Jodie recently, and I really needed some support to move the energy in my body. Jodie truly is gifted in her craft. She is very clear and intentional in the way she works, and she supported me beautifully — with some highlights being heart, head, and abdominal massage — which allowed what was stuck to release and flow through. Can’t recommend enough! The space is beautiful and comfortable with a heated bed and lovely little touches everywhere. I have been going here for 3 years and no matter what massage I get I always walk out feeling so much better, more range of movement, less pain, lighter but I also feel like I’ve been cared for and looked after. It’s more of an experience than a massage and I highly recommend!

Finally, I found John via a recommendation from my new Personal Trainer. I tried literally dozens of remedial massage / Chiro / Osteo services locally, which either did nothing or made the situation worse. I have had three appointments with John now, and my back is 95% better. No constant pain or having to take strong pain killers like the past 6 months. John certainly knows what he is doing. It turns out my back was not the real issue; it was my quads & hamstrings being super tight, causing pain in the lower back muscles. Highly recommended from me 👍

I had a wonderful experience with Norika. She really took the time to listen to what I was hoping to achieve with my hair and carefully discussed the different colour options with me, explaining the best approach for the result I wanted.
