Loved every minute of it here. Came from walsall with partner who couple of months back broke his leg so we were coming for the recovery side. Staff here are so knowledgeable and help with everything. Customer service is amazing and prices are incredible. Had an amazing experience here from start to finish would recommend 1000%. Elliot always provides an excellent service and maximises all treatments within session. His knowledge within the fitness space allows him to identify specific triggers and isolate injuries. His new set up at FXT is perfect and will accommodate all.

My PT's with Emma are always interesting, challenging and tailored to my goals. Emma understands that sometimes life happens and being a Mum of 2 young children occasionally effects my sessions. Emma knows what my strengths and weaknesses are and ensures that each session has a little but of everything. I would highly recommend Emma to anyone, whatever your fitness levels or goals.

Receiving treatment for historic upper back sporting injury that has become more painful recently. (treated by two physios previously with limited success) Elliot identified injury, treated it and i was given recovery exercise program. This was second visit, excellent progressive treatment, fully explained during session, and a noticeable improvement in movement and pain relief. Would 100% recommend!

Iryna is the best in the business. Genuinely the most talented individual to help with your pains and needs and tailors all the support she gives to suit you as a customer. She has amazing knowledge with all the work she does and has done wonders for my back pain and aching legs as an amateur athlete who plays football a lot. The venue is professional, warming and a great space to rehabilitate. Hands down, Iryna is best person in the game when it comes to your pain needs. Acupuncture, cupping, you name it, all used to help aid recovery. Thank you Iryna!
