I've been seeing Iryna for years and she is amazing. I have a chronic pain condition, and have seizures, so I'm usually in pain with muscle tightness, and everything else that comes along with seizures, and she works out all the kinks and knots, the stress and really gets in there to fix you up! Iryna works with you and your conditions to give you the best, is so friendly and lovely, always willing to help with advice on what stretches or exercises will help with specific aches and pains, and ways to help yourself at home. I recomend Iryna to anyone in search of a great maseus, she's the best!

Absolutely The Best Massage Therapist! As the person with chronic back issues, i have been at many massage places, but Iryna is simply The Best! Iryna is the most knowledgeable, patient (as I am quite demanding client), and she is definitely better than my physio who i found useless. As after Irynas massage i can feel an improvement straight away! Also, she showed me the exercises that actually work for me, and her massage with these exercises helped me to reduce my painkillers intake to a bare minimum! I am very grateful and cannot recommend her enough!

Loved every minute of it here. Came from walsall with partner who couple of months back broke his leg so we were coming for the recovery side. Staff here are so knowledgeable and help with everything. Customer service is amazing and prices are incredible. Had an amazing experience here from start to finish would recommend 1000%. I have had quite a few sports massages but this was by far the best. Iryna is very knowledgeable about how muscle tightness presents in the body and, most importantly, how to effectively relieve this, including using alternative treatments to just massage. My body felt transformed after 90 mins with Iryna and I will definitely be returning

My full body deep tissue massage was honestly so nice. 5* Helped me with my plantar fasciitis, gave me some exercises to do at home to help. I will be back to keep up the good work that Iryna has done.

My PT's with Emma are always interesting, challenging and tailored to my goals. Emma understands that sometimes life happens and being a Mum of 2 young children occasionally effects my sessions. My third visit and I absolutely love this place, so welcoming , friendly and clean. I have had pain in my shoulders for months and doing the floatation therapy and infrared sauna has eased off the pain.

Thank you for a unique experience. Ben was friendly and welcoming he explained the whole process before the experience started, how best to lie, how it works, safety issues etc The unit was immaculately clean, fresh and inviting. The experience was so calming you can choose whether to have the lights on or off. I was so relaxed and dropped off to sleep to be woken gently by the sound of waves and seagulls, signalling the session was over. I will definitely return, would recommend. Many thanks
