It was amazing 👏 I was in a lot of pain before I went in, and I came out with mild pain. Ellie was brilliant, she explained why I was getting the pain and how I could try to prevent it.

Thank you Ellie for the most relaxing botanical facial and foot spa/massage. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a bit of 'me time' -so important for everyone's well being. I came away feeling very relaxed and my skin felt amazing!!

Soooooo relaxing. A perfect sauna and cold experience, followed by an amazing massage with Luisa. The juices that Ellie makes are super special too. I feel amazing!

I treated my Mum and I for a IR sauna at the Mini Well Being Centre. We thoroughly enjoyed it! This is my 3rd visit and have already booked in for next week with a friend! Can’t wait!
