Great studio - lots of space and nice atmosphere and decor for our class. Ellie was very helpful. I would highly recommend!

Ellie was lovely and great value for money to have the whole room to yourself or with a friend. I really enjoyed the infrared sauna and red light therapy. I look forward to going again soon!

Ellie was welcoming and knowledgeable and the facilities were clean and calming. It was my first time using an infrared sauna after doing some research about their health benefits and how it can be better tolerated by people that might find traditional sauna heat overwhelming. This was perfect for warming up on a cold evening and knowing that there are benefits makes it a winner! For those that can't tolerate the heat of a normal sauna and people like me who feel the winter cold in their bones, Pure Calma's infrared sauna is a must!
