Day six Now using these tecchniques with Katie as part of my ongoing treatment plan. Deep Tissue Massage: Effective for releasing scar tissue and adhesions. Effleurage: Gentle stroking movements that promote relaxation and increase blood flow. Trigger Point Therapy: Releases tension in specific muscles. Myofascial Release: Techniques that address the fascia (connective tissue) surrounding the muscles. Maintenance massage today, Frozen shoulder well on its way to recover now after an excellent treatment schedule , suffered for 8 years , and now its almost there about 5% to go meaning I now have 95% range , a huge improvement from 60% 12 weeks ago.. Thanks Katie and the SB Team

Loved my treatment this evening with Charley and her student. My results are amazing! so natural looking. The studio is spotless and the girls are so friendly. These ladies know their stuff when it comes to Aesthetics, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Jamie & Charley are honest and will tell you if you don’t need a certain treatment instead of taking your money and making you look over filled, they are all about the natural approach than the filled approach.

I had dermaplaning with LED light therapy with Saran. Sarah is very knowledgable and always puts me at ease, such a lovely lady and I really enjoy having treatments with Sarah. Always great customer service and my skin is always glowing afterwards

Gemma is very knowledgeable, very thorough and talks me through everything and makes me feel at ease during and after treatment! Great at communicating before and after treatment. She’s always willing to go the extra mile, she’s very professional and amazing at her job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I go to Gemma for my lips and skin boosters and Botox and I can’t believe the difference in my skin it is unbelievable! Ben has exceptional knowledge, enthusiasm and skill in the fields of rehabilitation, sports injury and physiotherapy. Very approachable, friendly and kind.

I had a sports massage from Katie who managed to find every ache and pain that I had and worked on it, realising pressure and easing the pain. I would highly recommend!

Booked in with Ben, for Full body MOT, with specific attention to a tight hip that I’ve been struggling with. Ben explained everything about the session, assessed my mobility etc before treatment. The treatment was spot on, Ben is very knowledgeable and gave me some advice on what to do to strengthen my hip. Would absolutely recommend 360 (Ben) for treatments. I will be returning 👍 Cheers Ben
