I’m currently seeing Ben for rehab after tearing my calf muscle. After 10 days I’m really pleased with the improvement and the progress that’s being made. A combination of hands-on therapy and clear guidance regarding which exercises to do is working well.

I have visited Ben for a calf niggle & sports massages. Pre race, he made sure my legs were feeling fresh & ready to go. Post race I had some inflammation & I had another race the following weekend. Ben worked on this and my legs were ready to go again. Ben is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend & I'll definitely be returning.

Gemma is very knowledgeable, very thorough and talks me through everything and makes me feel at ease during and after treatment! Great at communicating before and after treatment. She’s always willing to go the extra mile, she’s very professional and amazing at her job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I go to Gemma for my lips and skin boosters and Botox and I can’t believe the difference in my skin it is unbelievable!
