Had a great experience, Kamila is very knowledgeable and has given some great ideas to use as warm ups and rehab exercises to help with an injury, the massage and cupping service she did as well was great, 100% would recommend to anyone needing help with their injurys.

Had a lovely reiki session with Alison this morning. It was so relaxing that I fell sleep near the end! Colours I saw this time was mainly purple but bits of blue & green too! Afterwards I felt so uplifted! Also it was a very spiritual as my partner came through with messages which I found very comforting. Thank you Alison, looking forward to my next session. X

2nd appointment and it was fabulous, not felt that relaxed in years, if you have never had reflexology before you have to give Alison a try she’s just perfect x
