I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

I’ve had a back injury for around 8 years now and have the odd flare-up. This time I’ve done it good and proper (probably the worst since initial injury) and managed to get last min appt with Gabriela. Been going to Claire once a month for a while now and my body always feels better for it. She listens to any problems I might be having with sleep, back and shoulders in particular and works these areas well for me. Wish I could afford to go twice a month!

I have a shoulder injury which has been causing me issues with my upper back and neck. Martine knew exactly where to work and her techniques just seemed to dissolve the issues over the hour. I can honestly say I have never had a treatment like this before and will 100% be rebooking! Also have to mention the new clinic in Stoke. It’s absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much :-)

Sophia was very friendly and professional. Sophia made me feel at ease and reassured me that I will be able to return to exercise and eventually running, with the right rehab program and treatment. For the first time in a long time I felt listened too. I left my appointment feeling positive that I will be able to return to the activities that keep me mentally and physically well. Thanks so much Sophia. The new clinic by central park is easy to find and I had no issues with parking, it is for me in a very convenient location.

Sophia is a miracle worker! I cannot thank her enough for her advice, knowledge and understanding of my issue. I just wish i went to her years ago - I had tried everything! I would recommend Sophia to anyone who needs help with a back issue.

The best place you can go for a great massage, highly recommend Gabriela or Martine. The best!

My first visit so didn't know what to really expect. However, I was greeted by Sophia with a lovely smile. She explained what the session entailed and got to work. Been in pain for 3 years but went away feeling very positive!

Fantastic. Martine gets all the knots out and I leave relaxed, which is great!

The ladies were great as usual. There was a mix up with the bookings and they still made sure I got the treatment. They are always friendly & explain everything so you feel relaxed.
