I love it. Ive been looking for awhile for someone to color my hair, and Katie was the person for me. She was honest about my hair health and what i could do without it killing my scalp and wallet. Priced very reasonably and felt professional without it being stuffy. Already set up my second appointment!

Kai at KaiXhair is AMAZING. I just got my second spiral perm from her on my long hair, and once again she completely nailed it. My first perm from Kai lasted over a year — seriously the longest-lasting perm I’ve ever had. I only came back because my hair had grown out so much, not because the curls disappeared! The new curls are soft, defined, and absolutely gorgeous. Kai takes her time and makes sure everything comes out perfect. Highly recommend her if you want beautiful curls that actually last!

I’ve been shopping head spas and don’t get me wrong , they’re all great, but this one has the most comprehensive detail, pictures and explanation of my scalp, which was spot on. I would definitely recommend and go again.

I came in for haircut and was thinking to do a hair color then Katt help me a lot she’s very helpful and very nice she fit her schedule to do my hair color coz my hair really needed and super dry and she did really great job and I love it my hair cut and color I would highly recommend her

I had a wonderful experience at NY Hair Company! My hair is quite difficult to handle, but Brandi was incredibly sweet, patient, and took all of my concerns seriously. She spent a lot of time thoroughly discussing different treatments and hairstyling options with me. I felt completely taken care of throughout the entire appointment. Katt does amazing baby lights!! She does them close to the root and it looks completely natural! All the other stylists there seemed like they were doing wonderful jobs on all their clients and I thought the salon is so beautiful and cozy. This place is a rare find!
