Emma and Stephanie are phenomenal! They listen to their clients, do their best to achieve what they request, and are a freaking hoot to be around!! My son has autism and Stephanie goes above and beyond to make him comfortable. Patience of a saint! Emma is a joy and makes it fun to go in for a haircut and highlights. Treats you like a friend, and not a client. We all go for our haircuts to this salon (except for my bald husband 😆). Highly recommend

Stephanie is so talented! My hair always looks great after a cut and color. Not only that she is so nice, the shop is clean and the other ladies working there are very nice also. I m so thankful for finding Stephanie and that she opened her shop close to home and I also got a friend in the mix. Go see her you wont be sorry.

Stephanie was AMAZING! The salon is so cozy and inviting. We are currently traveling the United States in our coach, and I have to rely on reviews to choose where to get my hair cut. I started using the AI tool on my browser to search out great places. I have only used it twice now, and it hasn't led me astray. Stephanie, thank so much for the great conversation and haircut! I had a very pleasant experience - not only was Ana Alyse extremely nice and put me at ease -so were the other ladies in the salon. I am truly lucky to have found the Red Door Salon. Ana Alyse explained everything to me before starting and during. She made sure I was happy with my new hairstyle and color before I left - and of course I love it!! The ambiance of the salon was the total opposite of "stuffy" - it felt like a Girl's day out and us girls laughing and having tons of fun on our "Great Hair Day" Go check Red Door Salon out - I promise you won't be disappointed. My wash, blow dry and style were completed in such a pleasant, truly soothing (pampering) professional manner, of not for the Instructor observing, etc during each step & the fee it would've been a "Beauty Shop' instead of "Beauty School " Experience.. Got some good pointers also on how to take care of the "new gray".

Please note that this is a teaching cosmetology hair salon. Faridah Welsh (owner/instructor) never disappoints! She is not only a professional of her craft, but she is personable and makes her clients feel right at home! I’ve been coming her for three years now, and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my hair care needs.

Her knowledge and skill with hair/textures, relaxers, naturals, styling, color, cuts, hair products, etc… is top notched. Mrs. Welsh is a great teacher and beautician. She know how to treat all types of hair with great care. You get in and out quickly as opposed to sitting around chit chatting. Mrs. Welsh is hands on with her students. This is a cosmetology school. However, Mrs. Welsh's presence makes you feel confident that your cut, color, style and hair care needs will be completed to your satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Radica.

I was seen at my appt. time. Entire staff was attentive& made sure you were comfortable at each step of service. Perm, shampoo (OMG so relaxing & through) semi perm color look like a perm color, hair cut like everything else was professionally done. On all my visits the group of young ladies appear to really enjoy working together & super respectable to Instructor. Not cheap but products and service are well worth the price & students are deserving of a nice tip.
