Had such the best experience. I’ve been struggling to find a reliable enough hairdresser who listens to what I want since moving to Lancaster a couple years ago but I’ve finally found someone to stay with!

Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

Not been to the hairdresser’s for 18mths since previous stylists had left…Emma was great, felt relaxed she knew what to do to with the the psoriasis on my scalp, o felt relaxed to her my life history which probably bored her but I felt lightened after the chat, my haircut was fabulous, I feel like a new 50 something with a gorgeous hairstyle 🥰

It was my first time having my hair done at Fika , and it was as a lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere, in the salon , which I think was down to Laure the hair stylist. I’m extremely pleased with the service i received and my hair looks lovely. Thank you Laura.

Best hairdresser ever

A relaxed environment, hair cut by Jo who listened to my instruction. The salon was clean and tidy. Jo was supported by Leanne a Creative Stylist. A morecambe gem inside the festival market. A great surprise the ladies work on Sundays 10 till 4 pm. Ladies treat yourselves on Sunday , great yourself to a break. xxx

After my recent surgery, I was looking for a gentle, low-stress experience, and this salon delivered exactly that. The small, 1:1 environment was incredibly peaceful and private. ​The stylist was lovely and remarkably knowledgeable—not just about hair, but about life in general. I honestly could have listened to her all day! She truly listened to my needs for a simple wash and trim and executed the cut perfectly. It was the restorative experience I needed. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone wanting expert skill paired with a genuine, personal touch. I’ll definitely be back!
