What can I say, I am blown away with the care and attention Laurent showed towards me and my awkward hair. I have been stuck in a style rut for quite a few years and he has well and truly given me my edge and confidence back. I’m very glad to have found such a wonderful new stylist and I would highly recommend him and the salon. Friendly, contemporary and professional.

Jemma is absolutely amazing at what she does. I’ve visited several hairdressers in Harrogate over the years who have completely ignored my preferences. As a blonde, I like my hair to be a certain tone and she mastered that perfectly. She is extremely meticulous, thorough and knowledgeable however doesn’t leave you in the chair for hours. My visit to the salon is always lovely, and Jemma is a pleasure to chat too. Bonus is, she’s very reasonably priced! I’m so pleased I’ve found my new hairdresser forever!

Frances did a great job at cutting my hair! She listened to what I wanted and seeked guidance from Laurent when she needed some advice. Looking forward to getting balayage done. The salon is lovely and everyone is very friendly!

I had a colour and cut expertly done by Kelly yesterday. She always listens to my hair problems and offers kind advice. I always leave the salon feeling totally transformed from a frizzy mess to a shiny, healthy head of hair!! I will miss Kelly when she goes on maternity leave but have complete confidence in one of the other stylists doing my hair whilst she is away. I have observed every client who walks out of the door of French Reception looking amazing and have no hesitation in recommending this salon to anyone looking for a great hairdo.

Laurent is a great hairdresser. He listens to how you want your hair styled but he will also offer advice if you ask for it. He is not only creative in hair styling but also in interior design. This means that I look forward to not only getting a good hair cut but also to enjoying the salon's very stylish surroundings. And all this while relaxing music is playing in the background makes it feel like a day at a spa.

Great experience with Sharon and her team again today. I have left the Salon feeling very happy with my new hair, as always!

A great hairstylist and I always enjoy seeing Fidan as she’s so easy to chat to. And I always come out of the salon feeling like a million dollars

Mel has a ton of knowledge about hair colour, also lots of good ideas. Cut and styling were exactly what I asked for I’d definitely recommend. Salon is friendly and relaxed vibe.

First appointment, Amy was brilliant. I had gel on toes, and removal gel and re-application on my fingers. Very neatly applied and looks like it won’t lift any time soon! Lovely salon, very comfortable chairs for getting feet done, very open and it’s surprisingly huge!! Refreshments available but didn’t have any. Will definitely return. Thank you!
