Natasha did a fantastic job with my hair. I absolutely love the balayage and the cut. The colour suits me perfectly and is exactly what I had in mind. She is incredibly thorough and caring and really makes sure the final result matches what you have asked for. Thank you as well to everyone at Pearce and Chapman for the warm welcome. At one point there were three people working on my hair which felt like a real team effort. It was my first time at the salon and I will definitely be booking my next hair appointment there.

Today was my first visit and I would thoroughly recommend it! The salon was immaculate and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Tygan did a great job at trimming my hair today, and was very considerate in making sure that it wasn’t thinned out too much for such a short style. I will definitely be returning at a later date!

Another fantastic experience. Big friendly greeting from the young apprentice, cup of tea and then the artist formally known as Beth got to work on sorting our my overgrown mop! Beth really is a credit to your business and should really be salon manager, her knowledge, advice and tips on hair care are really insightful and helpful. Thanks Beth 😃

My Son won’t let anyone other than Kieran cut his hair. We even travel to the Talbot Green salon now as he has reduced his days in the Cardiff Salon.

Today I had my hair washed and blow dried and then my nano hair extensions refitted What an amazing hair salon and what fantastic service I recieved, the staff were so polite fully understand of my situation and made me feel at ease they went above and beyond even talking through advice on how best to maintain my extensions, they are the best hair salon around and I'm very grateful I left the salon feeling brand new thank you so much of I could give 10 stars it wouldn't be enough thank you 🙏❤️
