My experience was flawless from start to finish. I didn't choose a preference of stylist when i booked my appointment as i had never been before but Sara was absolutely incredible. She listened to everything I wanted, gave me so much advice on my hair and made me feel the most comfortable I have ever felt at a salon! Any anxiety I had before walking through the door instantly left me body on meeting her. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone! I will definitely be returning and booking her for sure!

Alaan is the best there is. After a hairdresser completely ruined my hair just before my daughter’s wedding, he managed to correct it as much as he could and make me look amazing. Since then whenever I’m in the uk/wales visiting family I ALWAYS book in with him. You will NOT be disappointed.

My first time at Alaan Williams hair salon but I will be definitely be returning. Everyone was so lovely, polite and so friendly. Sara did my hair and she was absolutely amazing. The patience of a saint and listens to exactly what you want. Gives advice and constant attention and she is so lovely. My hair isnt the easiest to deal with - at all, but she smashed it. Love the colour amd cut. Would highly recommend Sara and Alaan Williams' Hair Experts.

Amazing experience with Ruby. My daughter has high sensory needs and usually finds haircuts really difficult, but they put her completely at ease. The stylist was patient, gentle, and really understood how to work at her pace. She ended up with a lovely cut and left feeling calm and happy. Highly recommend.

She is so much more than just my stylist — I genuinely consider her a friend. She is always professional, caring, and goes above and beyond to help and offer advice whenever needed. It’s always a pleasure visiting her, and this past year has flown by. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The quality of the hair products and extensions is amazing, and you can really see the care and attention put into everything she does. Highly recommended.

It is always a pleasure to visit Spirit and see all the lovely staff. My stylist Becci takes great care in discussing exactly what we want to achieve at each visit and I often receive compliments from complete strangers about how nice my hair is!! A visit to the salon is like catching up with old friends - highly recommended!

Excellent hair cuts for both my son and daughter! My son had his first ever haircut and despite him being very wiggly, Anya did an incredible job of his hair and was really understanding! Ruby did a fab cut once again on my little girl and she was very pleased with how it turned out.
