I recently had a partial balayage and root touch-up done with Elena, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked into her salon, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The space is cozy and inviting, and the one-on-one attention she provides really makes a difference. She took the time to listen to what I wanted—even though I wasn’t entirely sure myself—I truly appreciated her patience and expertise. And can we talk about the chair? The high-tech power chair with the vibrating feature made the whole experience even more relaxing—it felt like a mini spa day!

This was my first time at Buhf for my hair (I’m a loyal esthetics client), I will admit I was anxious because let’s face it, a ladies hair can be sacred! Sarah listened to my likes and dislikes with regards to my hair, offered suggestions and I came away with a great cut and style. This salon in general has a relaxed atmosphere but high end quality of services. Cannot recommend highly enough!

This is my 2nd time having my haircut by Sarah. She cut my hair exactly to what I wanted and both times I have received numerous compliments and questions on where I had my hair done. She is very meticulous on how she cuts your hair and checking in regularly with you throughout the cut if it looks ok to you. The salon is cleaned regularly and full Covid precautions are in place.

I can’t say I thank-you enough. My first visit was a consult, 2nd visit was a full day of colour correction/balayage/root blend to get rid of the bleached yellow/gold/blonde/grey damaged hair, 3rd was a root touch up/cut and WOW!! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my new hair! Elena has the most beautiful salon and is equally as beautiful inside and out herself. She is always so positive and knowledgeable and uses the best products. She truly loves what she does and it shows. My hair is so healthy and beautiful. I would definitely recommend Elleven to anyone.

Felt like the stylist had all the time in the world for me. She walked me through the haircut and offered styling tips and told me to come back free of charge if I needed curling tips. Great little salon. My haircut is great, and will definitely be going back!
