I had originally booked the appointment with Amber. In one of the reminder emails the stylist had changed to someone else and then at the actual appointment there was Serena who did my haircut. No complaints with Serena but just wondering what’s the point of choosing a stylist if the salon is gonna change it based on availability.

I picked Studio Precision Hair Salon in a Google search online about having a perm done on grey hair. I felt their pricing was fair and they had availability the next day. When I booked online with Victoria, it showed me how many clients she had helped but there is no picture of her in her booking profile. I was able to leave a description of my hair and what I needed to get done when i booked online. Victoria was friendly and took good care of me. And she assured me that the perm would be gentle enough for my grey hair. Time went by fast and I was happy with the results. Newly renovated too!

I’ve had consistently excellent experiences at Studio Precision Hair Salon, and Damian is truly exceptional at what he does. He has a sharp eye for style and always seems to understand exactly what will work best. The salon itself is impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed. What sets the experience apart, though, are the small details. From the warm, attentive service to the unexpected touches like the massage devices built into the shampoo chairs, it feels elevated in a way you don’t often find. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into every aspect of the experience. Highly recommend.

From the moment I booked online - Salvo was a good experience. Easy to identify the services I needed to reserve and length of hair is also taken into consideration for pricing which I appreciate. (If only gender-based pricing was removed it would be perfect!) Bahamek and Salvo were professional and made me feel very comfortable from the first moment. I also appreciate the artistry that goes into recommending the color strategy. I have found my new home for hair - thanks so much and I look forward to many more great hairstyles in future visit. We heard incredible things about Damian and he truly lived up to his reputation. He’s a master of his craft, that’s for sure. It’s challenging to find someone who can do a young boy’s longer haircut well, and he absolutely nailed it. Beyond his skill, he was so kind and engaging,. You could tell he genuinely cares about his clients, no matter their age. Everyone at the salon was wonderful! My son says Damian is his favourite barber and now he‘a talking about wanting to be a barber when he grows up, haha. We’re so grateful to have found Precision Hair Salon. Highly recommend!

This place was recently totally renovated by new ownership and it is gorgeous! So clean, so modern and very cool vibe. When I was there, there were 3 guys and 3 ladies in as customers. This could be the “next big thing”. All staff are great, Victoria worked with me and she is a total creative pro. Damian who owned the place is the perfect blend of old-school and new age stylist. I k ew him when he first emigrated to Canada from Italy in the mid1990s; he’s only been dedicated to being the best and providing the best.
