Today was a return visit for me and the first time for my teenager. My hair is perfect, as usual and my daughter’s gorgeous. Her highlights look natural and it’s every thing she wanted and more. The apprentices, Miriam and Stella did a gorgeous blow out on both of us. Love, love, love this salon.

Service was fantastic the girls are all very nice and accomadateing, I did not leave happy with my hair however I have never had a problem with them matching to a picture I have shown and I wanted grey coverage and I did not get that even after we did a second colour I left unsatisfied with my colour but not to the hairdressers skills faults but the wrong strength in bleach I believe. I was also a little shocked at the price we pay now days for hair you no longer get a scalp massage? And have to pay for blow drying! Your customers should leave your salon at that price with dry styler hair!

I had a beautiful friendly young woman trim my hair today. She was so helpful and offered advice about my dry hair issue. I was asked by another lovely lady if I would like a cuppa. The end result was perfect. My overall experience was very positive with this salon, and I will definitely be a returning client.

Absolutely wonderful experience, I can’t thank Mel enough for the amazing job she has done, I don’t have a lot of knowledge with hair products and she took the time to explain things and show me what she was doing, I really appreciated that. Very professional and on top of it all, easy to talk to and great service all round, also thank you Alissa for assisting and just adding her upbeat flare to the service, if I could give 10 stars I would. Took my 3 year old son there to get him a hair cut. They were fantastic with him, he moved a little and cried a bit but they were very understanding and did it all at his pace. A few of the other staff members came over to try and get him to smile. Will be back!

It's always a beautiful experience having my hair done at Encore with Nicole and Allera. Best hair ever in the beautiful salon. Always come out feeling pampered and looked after. My hair has never been in such great condition.

Purchased the monthly blow dry package. Love getting my hair washed and blow dried. Looking salon fresh all the time.

Although the salon was very busy I never felt forgotten. Allisa the 1st yr apprentice dud a great job with my colour, was very professional & pleasant & didn't take offence when I told her I was not a chatty person. She was well checked & supervised by her seniors so I felt my hair was cared for. Debbie of course did a wonderful cut & overall care of me as her client.

Amazing experience, when my old salon closed I decided to come here and try it and was not disappointed. I didn’t realise that my old hairstylist actually recommended her clients here, complete coincidence. Came here to get a bob haircut, the quality and friendliness of the stylists was incredible. 100/100 recommend.

As usual everyone was very polite and friendly. Caravan is the best hairdresser i have ever had and knows exactly what to do each time. Pauline runs the salon very professionally but with a special motherly touch, very nice place to visit.
