I am currently training for a ultramarathon. And for recovery there is no better place close by in south Sydney that offers the recovery needs for my body to reset and recover quickly. Unbelievable clean and such friendly star. 10/10.

An overall great experience. Had a deep tissue massage followed by infrared sauna and ice bath. Felt amazing afterwards

The massage was fabulous! Paloma certainly knows her stuff.

Paloma has healings hands with a great knowledge of body anatomy ( muscles and joints). She always explains what’s causing the issues and fixes them. She gives follow up stretches to do at home too. Always lovely and listens to the issues. Always fixes me since 2022. Very highly recommended.

Love it so much! And I feel so much better now. For those who haven’t tried, should try. Thank you so much 😇🙏🙏

I had such a positive experience at Elite Body Recovery. From the moment I walked in, Holly made me feel welcome and at ease, and Kate was so gentle and professional throughout my hydrotherapy session. The space is super clean, calm, and comfortable, and the whole process was explained clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and really cared for. Highly recommend!

It’s always very good

I just had a massage at a new shop about 15 minutes from my place, and it was absolutely worth the drive. Paloma greeted me warmly, took me straight to the room, and asked how I was feeling before we started. From the very beginning, I knew I was in good hands. The massage itself was incredible, perfect pressure, great strength, and very attentive to the areas I needed most. I’ve been to a few places before and often left disappointed, but this time I walked out feeling truly satisfied. What stood out even more was Paloma’s care after the session she gave me some simple homework exercises …

I finally visited Elite! It is a beautifully built facility with the best recovery services under one roof! I'm a big fan of contrast therapy and I loved the privacy of the sauna and ice bath. I'm looking forward to trying out the other services on offer. And the staff are amazingly helpful and friendly too.
