Ryan was my hairdresser. I had never been to a school to get my haircut. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get a haircut from a fresh perspective. I would recommend you be a patient person that’s clear and understanding. Students are learning and eager to use their skills. I like bed the style I asked for and walked out with. A+

Que was the student who cut my hair. I asked for a clipper for side and back, and use scissor for top and front. He did exactly that. The process was under close supervision of an experienced instructor, so I feel very comfortable to entrust Que, who was a student at the Beauty Academy. Que did an excellent job. What impressed me most was how much effort he put into the details. I 100% recommend this place to anyone. The total for my haircut is $15, which I think it's hard to beat in Irvine. Please note, since the person who tends your hair will be a student, it takes longer (45 mins).

My experience was great. It was easy to make an appt online and when I got there, it was easy check in and I was helped right away. The haircut was great and my stylist was so nice and friendly. I felt very welcomed and will definitely be coming back.

Haircuts are now so expensive and you’re not guaranteed to get a great one at $120. I decided to try out the saddleback beauty Academy where students do the actual hair cutting. I actually got a pretty great haircut for a fraction of the cost! The only thing is the place is chaotic and noisywith lots of students and teachers. So if you don’t mind the environment, it’s a great deal! I will definitely go back!
