So happy to have finally found my new hairdresser after years of bad experiences elsewhere. It's so hard to find a hairdresser that does great alternative haircuts, especially for a good price. Hair Senpai was such a safe, welcoming space that immediately made me feel comfortable, and the haircut was incredible. Will definitely be back!

I just got my first haircut at Hair Senpai, and I couldn't be happier! The whole experience was super easy, and Tori was really nice. The place had such a welcoming vibe. I've tried a bunch of barbers around here, but none of them did as great a job as Tori did today. I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted, and she worked her magic to get it just right. This was my first hair appointment with Lily I was anxious but she is a Great hairdresser very professional, quick and efficient. She knew exactly what I wanted and asked me questions that hairdressers never ever bother to ask me like how do I want to do I want my layers to look on my face? How often do I wear my hair straight? Just these little questions let me know she really cares about her clients and she wants to make sure I am being looked after and I’m not just another client she has to serve to move onto to the next one she takes pride in her work and looks after her clientele.

Today I saw Shayla for a much needed style cut. The thing I like about Shayla is that she genuinely listens to her customers wants and needs. She would prefer to 'cut three times' in the one session than be gung ho and force her customer to wait for their hair to grow out of a cut too far! She asked me questions throughout the session today so that she got it exactly how I wanted. Thanks for your professionalism with the scissors Shayla.
