Have been coming here for a few years now for both hair and beauty treatments. The staff are great, really welcoming and professional. Kat always puts me at ease for my waxing appointments. Today I tried colouring my hair for the first time. Not knowing what to do, my hairdresser Sim gave me such good advice, persuading me the balayage would give the best look on my dark hair. The results were amazing, my hair looks fab! Regarding their response to Covid too, they have good precautions in place with all staff wearing masks and wiping down everything between customers. Felt safe and at at ease

I first visited Smyle a few years ago after having a bad experience with another salon. Hilda saved my hair, and I haven't looked back! She understands what I want and I always come away very happy with the highlights/lowlights she does for me. The salon on the whole is welcoming and everyone is very friendly, so I always feel extremely relaxed when I visit. I would highly recommend Smyle, especially Hilda, as she is great 😊
