My experience was lovely got welcomed with a drink either hot or cold I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the hole time I was there and also had a really good chat if anyone is like me I always love a good chat would definitely recommend Jemma also took a lot of time on my brows to make sure they were exactly how I wanted them and they came out perfect so thank you
