I had my laser hair removal appointment today and had a great experience. Susha was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I was curious about the face analysis machine, and she kindly offered to do a complimentary skin analysis for me. She briefly explained the results and answered my questions in a clear and helpful way. I really appreciated her time, knowledge, and excellent customer service.
