My daughter got highlights elsewhere that were not what she wanted. We called Moods, Siobhan was available and she rescued the highlights! She spent SO much time making sure everything was perfect, she checked in with my daughter at every step, and 4(!) hours later we have perfect hair!!! And a new salon! Thank you Siobhan!!!
