Always a nurturing and positive experience

I’ve been going to Sarah monthly over 2 years , tension release and acupuncture and cupping , then a facial if the body feels too unwell to be touched. So supportive with my back and all medical conditions. Very much time away from day to day life feeling relaxed and sleeping better ! Well worth going !
