Finally something shut me up !!!! Walking in not really knowing what I want, indecisive of colour/cut/updown/left right really no clue at all. Im the kinda customer ppl hate but I told Taylor im not happy with what I have,.change it. Not only did Taylor take on this WTF assignment she nailed it. I left with very few words but how did you pull this off, WOW, love it thankyou. Even at 8am on a Saturday morning I was greeted with bubbly smiles and everyone made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole appointment lol. Thankyou to Taylor and the chickeedees for your time.

My brows and lashes are absolutely amazing! I think the best I ever had, and I’ve visited multiple places in the past! The whole experience was a big pleasure! I loved when Emily explained step by step what’s she’s doing, because laying down with my eyes closed and having my face touched can make me a bit anxious, and I didn’t feel it once with her! I’m a bit disappointed with my hair appointment. I was „handled” by four different girls, and while most of them seemed very nice, it left me a bit confused, and passing me from person to person without saying anything felt slightly strange.

Morning hunnie, thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately Holly was running a little behind, and we didn’t want to keep you waiting. One of our advanced apprentices completed the initial consultation with you and then confirmed everything with a senior stylist on the salon floor before proceeding. Tayla and Holly also worked together on applying your colour to ensure your appointment stayed on time, and Paige is our Saturday shampoo assistant who helps keep appointments flowing smoothly and clients comfortable throughout their visit. We truly appreciate your understanding and your feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our service and salon experience. 💕
