I honestly can’t recommend Kim enough. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish — so warm, friendly and welcoming, and she immediately made me feel completely at ease. She really took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted and explained everything so clearly. Nothing felt rushed and her knowledge and experience really show.
