They made me feel so gorgeous! I had Monique and she was the most lovely and genuine stylist ever. She guided me through what needed to be done and how best to care for my hair through this session. Even though I didn’t do what I originally wanted, she still gave me an amazing experience and prioritised my hair health so that I could eventually achieve my hair goals! Her professionalism and skill is to be admired and I can happily say i’ll be a regular at this salon moving forward!

I had a consultation with Monique and was so impressed by how thorough and knowledgeable she was. I absolutely love my hair and the quality of the colour is outstanding, which is why this review is difficult to write. Unfortunately, the customer experience didn't match the result. I changed my appointment from 10am to 9am so I could attend a 2pm work event, but didn't leave until 3:50pm and missed it. A service discussed at my previous appointment was left off my booking, added on the day and charged for. I was also told my full head of foils was taking longer than expected, despite it being planned in advance. Better booking management and communication are needed for 5 stars.
