Tremendous! Absolutely brilliant deep tissue sports massage. I went in with really tight muscles and a lot of tension from training, and I came out feeling so much looser with a noticeable improvement in my mobility. The therapist was professional, knowledgeable, and targeted all the problem areas without rushing the session. It was exactly the right level of pressure and I could feel the difference straight away. Highly recommend to anyone who trains regularly or struggles with muscle tightness. I’ll definitely be booking again.

I’ve had both a deep tissue and a lymphatic drainage massage, and I’ve been really pleased with the results. Marc is very knowledgeable and professional and made me feel relaxed. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.

I went in with chronic shoulder and neck pain caused by poor treatment from a physio, which left me in pain for over three months. I was nervous about starting treatment again, but Marc was exceptional. His in-depth knowledge and understanding of my complex medical conditions meant he immediately identified the root cause and explained exactly how we can fix it. The treatment was targeted, professional, and incredibly effective. It’s rare to find someone with such technical expertise and genuine care.
