10/10 without a doubt. I’ve been cutting with Klo for over a year, and at this point, it’s more than just getting a haircut. It’s the consistency, the trust, the conversations, and the relationship we’ve built along the way. I’ve remained loyal for a reason. And I also have to mention KB. He’s considerate and welcoming, and even checked in on me while I was waiting for my appointment. Those little things genuinely make a difference. You gents make it feel more like a place where you’re genuinely valued.💈🤝🏾
