While the deep cleansing worked, Kate pampered me with a wonderful head and hand massage—a lovely surprise! She was gentle, thorough, and explained every step without unnecessary small talk. Her facial and shoulder massage was pure bliss; she has "magic" hands! No pushy sales, just honest, helpful recommendations. I’ve already recommended her to all my friends. Kate is a true gem!
