Karly Flores

Karly was friendly, made me feel comfortable, attentive, very understanding of my needs and even listened to my problem areas. I would one hundred percent recommend working with Karly again. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Thank you for your lovely review, Brittany! 💖 We’re so happy Karly made you feel comfortable and listened to your needs. We can’t wait to welcome you back!

Karly was super good as always but maybe because I was 15 min late to my app I was treated in a very dismissal way by the lady at front. Even when I canceled half the service in order not to delay their schedule, because they had walk-in already waiting. I tried to make another app for my hair and she could not come to the front and told somebody else to tell me that I should call if I wanted. Too busy apparently. I will comeback for Karly (Nails) & Andy (Hair), but today I was made feel very unwelcome.
