Joanna is very welcoming and easy to talk to. She was honest about my request for non gel nail polish as I did not have sandals with me. I proceeded with gel polish. Joanne prepared my nails for polish with care and without discomfort. Both my nails and toe nails were looking great at the end. Thank you.
